Learn to Be Thankful
I still remember a rainy day when I was in Grade 7. On that day, I overslept and hurried to school by bike. At a street comer, I fell down and hurt my legs so badly that I couldn't move at all. A passer-by sent me to the hospital at once. I was so thankful that I decided to help others from then on. A few weeks later, on my way to school, I saw a blind man standing at a crossing. I helped him cross the street and showed him the place he wanted to go to. How happy I was!
It's important for us to learn to be thankful. If everyone can help each other, the world will be full of love.

In modern times,we are busy studying or working,so we seldom express our thankfulness to people around us.Actually it is important to be thankful for what we have today.
My gratitude starts with my parents who gave me life,raised me up and take good care of me every day.I’m also grateful to all my teachers who help me become what I am today.Besides,I’d like to thank all my friends who spend so much pleasant time with me.Whenever I’m in trouble,they will help me out.
With Thanksgiving Day approaching,I plan to make some greeting cards for my teachers and friends,expressing my gratitude.As for my parents,I’ve bought a present for them to celebrate the special occasion.

Since we were born as a little baby, we get help from others all the time. Our parents raise us, our teachers teach us and our friends company us. Therefore, it’s important for us to be grateful to those people who give us a hand. Being grateful is a way to show them our appreciation and our love. No one in the world is supposed to love us without any conditions. Moreover, Being grateful to others and to what you get can lead you are ready to help others, too. I think this is the most important impact on people that being grateful. If we are all show our appreciation to others and then help others, we could build a friendly and harmonious society.
