对垃圾食品说不 Say No to the Junk Food
Nowadays, there are so many junk food, such as the fried food, these food taste delicious, so they are easily to catch people’s attention. Especially for the children, they don’t have the limitation to eat the junk food and make their bodies weaker. So in order to stay fit, we should say no to the junk food.

A happy day(开心的一天)
It was a fine day today. We went to visit the Yakult Milk Factory. At nine o’clock we all meet at the playground. We went there by school bus. When we got there, we watched a short cartoon. It is the introduction of the Yakult milk. And we also drank a bottle of Yakult milk too. It is so delicious. After that they showed us around the workshops. It is so clean and quiet. Most of them are machines. There are a few workers in this factory. It is the first time for me to see such a mechanical factory.
At noon, we went to the MacDonald’s for lunch.
Today was a happy day for me.

A day in my life
My family lives on this street. In the morning, my father goes to work and all the children go to school. My mother takes us to school everyday. She does the housework. She always has her lunch at home, and sees her friends in the afternoon. In the evening all the children come home from school. They always get home early. My father goes home from work and he is often late. After supper my two brothers and I do our homework. We go to bed at ten.
