　　体育课

　　This afternoon we had a PE lesson. Our teacher taught us to practise the long jump. When the bell rang, we gathered on the playground. After warming-up exercises, the teacher told us the way of long jump and showed us how to do it. Then we followed the teacher and practised one after another. Soon came my turn, but I felt a hit nervous. Though I failed the first time, yet I didn't lose my heart. I kept on practising. At last I was able to jump over 3 meters.

　　From this lesson I came to see that one will succeed if he has perseverance.

　　今天下午我们有体育课，老师教我们练习跳远。铃响后，我们.就在操场集合。准备活动完后，老师告诉我们跳远的方法并做了示范，然后我们就跟着老师一个一个地练习。不久，轮到我了,但我感到有点紧张。虽然第一次失败了，但我没灰心，继续坚持练。最后我终于跳过了3米。

　　从这节体育课中我深刻地体会到一个道理：做任何事情只要有恒心就一定能成功。

　　Valentine’sDay

　　Valentine’sDay is on the February 14 each year. It is celebrated in many countries aroundthe world, although it remains a working day in most of them. After New Year'sDay, it is the most celebrated holiday around the world.

　　It’s a holiday forlovers or couples. This is a festival of love and romance, as well as flowers,chocolates, greeting cards. On that day, there are many activities for couplesto celebrate, showing their love to mate. Gift exchanging is the most common. Inrecent years, February 14 become much more popular than before, although thereis another Valentine’s Day in China. Besides, there are many people choose thatday to propose marriage or get married. In short, it’s a day of love.

　　April 10th　　Sunday

　　It‘s spring now. It‘s not cold or hot. It‘s quite warm. Everything begins to grow. I go to the Zhongshan Park with my friend Liu Xin this moring.

　　When we enter the park， we see a lot of beautiful flowers. Some bees and butterflies are flying around the flowers. In the pool， the fishes are swimming freely. The willow trees are bud. In the pavilion， some old people are playing chess. Look， some children are playing games near the lake. The trees turn green and the flowers come out. In the trees， threr‘re some birds. They‘re singing happily.

　　Everything in the park tell us spring is coming. How beautiful! We have a good time!

　　春天来了，天气不冷不热，十分暖和。万物开始复苏。今天早上，我和朋友刘欣一起去中山公园游玩。

　　当我们进入公园，鲜花迎面扑来。蜜蜂和蝴蝶在花丛中飞舞。池塘里的鱼儿自由自在地游来游去。岸边的柳树住在发芽。亭子里，老人在下棋。看，一些孩子正在湖边做游戏。树叶儿变绿了，花儿竞相开放。树上有些鸟儿，它们在欢快地唱歌。

　　公园的一切都在告诉我们春天已经来临。多么美丽的景象啊!我们玩得真开心!
