Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, honorable judges and distinguished guest!
This is Alex time! Ha-ha…My topic today is to show our gratitude to people around you.
Then what is gratitude? At the moment a well-known song comes into my mind. Yes, that is called Heart of feel grateful. My heart is filled up with gratitude because I’m with you/Your make me courageous to be myself from cradle to the grave/So now I wanna thank for destiny/I’ll cherish the flower when it blooms until falls. The poetic lyric tells us that gratitude is actually a state of mind.
Once upon a time, the Pilgrims took the May Flower Ship to North America. They started a new life there although a lot of difficulties and hardships they encountered. After a long-time work, they got a big harvest. The Pilgrims had a feast in 1621 near Plymouth, Massachusetts, which is often referred to as the first Thanksgiving. People show their sincere gratitude towards the God, the nature, the earth, the river, the Indians and themselves.
How can we express our gratitude? It’s never a simple question to answer. Gratitude is a rare jewel, not a piece of cake, I know. But how can we expect such big events happening now and then? How can we be ready to say thank you ahead of time? How can we always hope to be grateful to everything and everyone for their dignity and generosity? Sometimes I may ask to myself. Is it moral? Is it honest? Is it beneficial? Is it necessary? Or the most interesting one, is it ridiculous? Ha-ha…So in my opinion, we’d better concentrate on our life’s details.
At last, what’s the significance of showing our gratitude? A proverb says that Gratitude is the sign of noble souls. Wow! Until now I am not that kind of giant, but I dare to say that everyone, you and me, has the right and the duty to show our gratitude to the world, no matter rich or poor, happy or sad, young or old. Only by doing so can we achieve our human ultimate concern. Meanwhile it obviously helps to build up a harmonious society.
All in all, a world full of gratitude is preciously expected for thousands of years. Why not show our gratitude to people around you?

being proud is that the motherland already culture having 5000 years history, have created many being worth it cultural relics and historic sites that we adore. calm down by that uninterrupted growth , our country have experienced a lot of dynasty turbulence, after oppressing and the war outburst for feudalist society, be founded and opening to the outside world to republic of china, our country people successively has set off the head of a family form living , acting on self's own freely , our country already becomes a great power now , a lot of product already enters international market , a galaxy of talent moreover all all are to have a facile imagination , thought opens to the outside world , intelligence surpasses, i believe in , make great efforts process a few although our country does not belong to the developed country now,we are sure to keep a foothold on the world , become and the developed country part, this is that i need to sing the praises of and is that makes great efforts.
i love me going through all the vicissitudes of life so but the motherland who not falling down but, before hers, have experienced so many disturbances , having been really to make me be full of praise, that she has been pregnant with promising my scenery the scenic spot elegant and pretty, heroic figure , my motherland who still has many moving one to song and tears is firm , rich, i am loving her deeply.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I come from china.
I am a Chinese.Today is our motherland’s birthday-National Day. On TV, I know Chinese people suffered a lot. Only the Communist Party can lead Chinese people to build New China. The Chinese people can become the hosts of the country. As a word says: Without the Communist Party there would be no new China.China is great, Chinese people are brave and hard-working.
China is my motherland that is a great country. I am proud of being a Chinese with five thousand years of civilization behind. It’s one of the Four Great Ancient Civilized Nations in the world and it’s the only one that still exists.
Therefore, there are many brilliant heritages leaving by our ancestors, such as paper-making, gunpowder, compass and so on. Moreover, it’s a modern country now. In the past sixty years, China has greatly changed and is one of the fastest growing countries in the world. People’s life standards have been increasingly improved that no one could imagine before.
After the Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo, the influence of China on the world has greatly enhanced. Therefore, there are more and more foreigners visit to and work in China, because they are so curious about our country and to some of them, it’s the land of hope. I am so proud of my motherland and I am sure that it will be better in the future.
I love you, China, and I’m so proud of being a Chinese. I’m proud that I’ve got the beautiful yellow skin, black eyes and black hair. I’m also proud that I speak the most beautiful language in the world—Chinese. I love you, China, for I can feel the deep love you give me every day, every minute. Last year, I got an opportunity to visit the United States of America. During my staying there, my father’s boss once invited my family to dinner. While at table, he looked at me and asked: “Little boy, how long have you been in America?” “About a month,” I answered, “How lucky you are!” he said, “If you were living in China, how could you learn such perfect English?” I smiled and told him proudly that all the students in China are able to learn English at school.
I saw his surprised eyes and said to myself, “I’m proud of you, China. For you are offering us the best education.” I am sure China's tomorrow will be much better. I love China!

Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

My name is Coco. I'd like to talk about job satisfaction. I have divided my talk into three parts:firstly,the importance of job satisfaction; secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.
Now, let's start with the first part: the importance of job satisfaction.
A job provides an individual with the necessary means to remain satisfied in almost every aspect of life such as leisure,health and social life.Several key factors are thought to be critical for an employee to achieve job satisfaction.
Let's turn to the second part: the factors of job satisfaction. A reasonable salary is of course the most important factor in job satisfaction.In many people's minds,an ideal job is first of all a well-paid one, which makes the employee feel that he is fairly rewarded for what he has done for the company.
Another important element of job satisfaction is the nature of the job itself. Job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee's education , skills and interests.Finally,job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-making process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion.
