高中英语重点单词语法:such考点

　　在我们英语学习中，单词是基础，也是学习的重点，例如我们今天要学习such，你知道它有哪些语法用法吗?哪些是高考重要考点呢!快来学习吧!

　　1、as such: in the strict sense of the word

　　a. His new job was not a promotion as such, but offered him a promising prospect. 这份新差事并非真正的提拔，但前景大好。

　　b. It's not an agreement as such, but it will have virtually the same effect as one. 严格讲这并不是协议，但实际上起协议的作用。

　　2、Such good English does he speak that he is often mistaken for a native speaker. (部分倒装)

　　= So well does he speak English that he is often mistaken ...

　　3、There is no such person as never lies. 没有人从不说慌。

　　这里有两点需要注意：

　　(1) such应置于数词和no, any, all, every, other等代词之后，但在不定冠词a/an之前。例如：

　　a There is no such thing as a free meal. 天下没有免费的午餐。

　　b. I have three such dictionaries. 我有三本这样的辞典。

　　c. Billy Cristle was one such person /such a person. Billy Cristle就是这样一个人。

　　(2) 先行词是such或受such修饰的时候，定语从句用as引导。上例中as never lies就是一个定语从句。as是关系代词，指代先行词person，在从句中作主语。再如：

　　a. She teaches with such approaches as are considered scientific and efficient. 她的教学方法被认定是科学、高效的。(as作主语)

　　b. It's such a confusing problem as no scientist is able to figure out. 这个问题如此困扰着人们，没有一位科学家能够弄得明白。(as作宾语)

　　需要指出的是：如果从句中不缺主语、宾语或表语，就不能用as引导从句，而要用that来引导，这时，that从句是一个结果状语从句。

　　b-1. It's such a confusing problem that no scientist is able to figure it out.
