　　Experiment in reading class   阅读课上的实验

　　Going to class, we saw a glass of water on the podium, a fresh egg, a bag of salt, a pair of chopsticks and a spoon.

　　快要上课了，我们看见讲台上放着一杯清水、一个新鲜的鸡蛋、一包盐、一双筷子加一勺子。

　　We are puzzled to ask: "what do you want to do today?" The teacher said mysteriously: "today we are doing a wonderful experiment."

　　大家疑惑不解地问：“今天要干什么呀？”老师神秘地说：“今天我们来做一个神奇的实验。”

　　First of all, the teacher put a fresh egg carefully into the water, the egg like a shy little girl in bed! Then, the teacher in the water put a spoonful of salt, stirring, eggs and drink like a drunken man as wobbly and motionless. The teacher in the inside of a spoon to put the salt, with chopsticks stirred, to witness the miracle of the time to, the eggs float up. "Yeah!" The sound of the voice of the stage, everyone was happy to open the flowers! But I think: what is the principle.

　　首先，老师把一个新鲜的鸡蛋小心翼翼地放进清水里，鸡蛋像一个害羞地小姑娘在睡觉呢！接着，老师在水里放了一勺盐，搅了搅，鸡蛋又像喝醉酒的老汉一样晃晃悠悠，又纹丝不动。老师又在里边一勺一勺地放盐，用筷子搅了搅，见证奇迹的时候到了，鸡蛋浮起来了。“耶！”台下响起了欢呼声，大家心里乐开了花！但我想：是什么原理。
