　　to be on duty   值日

　　Today is my duty, after school, the students fall over each other to run away. I saw the classroom floor is rubbish, and crooked chairs. I don't know what to do, before is my mother to help me, my mother would not come today?

　　今天是我值日，放学了，同学们争先恐后地往外跑。我看见教室里满地都是垃圾，还有歪歪斜斜的桌椅。我不知道怎么办才好，以前都是妈妈帮我的，今天妈妈怎么还没来呢？

　　At this moment, the teacher taught us how to sweep the floor patiently. Some students take some broom, mop, clean the table and some chairs, pull. We help each other, we clean the classroom. Although we are very hard, but we are very happy, because this is our work.

　　正在这时，老师又耐心地教了我们怎么扫地。同学们有的拿扫把，有的拿拖把，有的擦桌子，还有的拉桌椅。我们相互帮忙，我们把教室打扫得干干净净。虽然我们很辛苦，但是我们心里很高兴，因为这是我们的劳动成果。
