课后小结
本节课的不足之处，由于本节课的内容较简单，所以在各个任务环节的难度梯度不是很明显。这样没有为能力较强的同学提供战线的机会，而且本单元涉及的单词较多，学生不能完全的熟练掌握。所以在以后的教学中还应不断的探索，寻求更大的突破。

一、高中英语写作教学的问题
1.学生缺乏写作动机及兴趣
学生在写作中时常因缺少词汇和基本写作技能而感到困惑。相当部分学生出现畏难情绪，产生信心不足的心态，常把它看成是死板的任务。写作对学生来说逐渐成了一种缺乏冲动，没有需要而又必须得完成的苦差。其主要原因应归结于传统英语写作教学模式大都治标而不治本严重存在着心理探求缺位的问题。因此，激发写作动机这一点在英语写作教学中尤为重要。
2.写作基础方面
写作基础主要指遣词造句的基本功。在这方面，学生最为突出的问题是词汇贫乏。此外，其它的语言错误、语法错误、词汇拼写及标点符号方面的错误也比比皆是。这种语言表达手段的贫瘠和错误反映学生所掌握的常用词汇量太少，灵活运用英语句式的能力还较差。
3.写作内容方面
从平时的练习和考试中看出，大部分学生所写的作文内容贫乏，思路不开阔。这反映出他们思想不活跃，缺乏观察和思考。因此所写内容单调，平淡，没有实际内容，苍白无力。
4.写作技巧方面
许多学生在写作技巧方面缺乏全面系统的学习。表现在写作动笔前不审题，不构思，想一句写一句，东拼西凑，语无伦次，根本没有使作文主题与段落和句子连贯为一体的整体概念。另一方面，学生在写作时，忽视了前后句子的衔接，于是所写语篇断断续续，文章主题模糊不清。
二、应对策略
1.培养学生写作兴趣和欲望
(1)老师要设法营造英语写作环境学校、教研组可以考虑办一个校级的英语报纸或刊物，专登学生英语日记、作文或作品。同时，设立校内英语新闻广播，播放学生采写的英语新闻。还可利用中西方节日开展英语征文竞赛、书信竞赛。这样既可使学生在用中学到英语，又可使学生得到文化的熏陶和受到情感的教育。(2)关注学生的点滴进步，不吝啬赞扬之词。语言的积累是一个辛苦而需要毅力的过程。在这一过程中学生往往容易半途而废，此时教师要能从学生的哪怕微小的变化进步中对他们及时进行鼓励而赞赏，这样才能不断地加强和巩固他们的写作欲望和动机。
2.要积累短语词汇
要求学生收集新教材每一个模块的重要短语和句型，每天抄写和背诵，长期积累来提高词汇量。要背诵每个阅读课文中的主旨段落和较多短语句型的段落。
3.加强指导阅读训练
加强对学生课文阅读的指导，找出主题句，总结段落大意，把握作者的谋篇布局思路，总结概括文章大意，背诵精彩的段落，句子。
4.注意把基本训练和开放作文结合起来
要进一步抓好简单句的五个基本句型和there be句型的结构扩大化训练;要进行象I like English. For one thing…and for another…之类的开放性写话练习。为了便于阅卷评分，高考作文对材料限制过死，没有多大想象发挥的空间，学生没有自己的观点，没有自己的思想，要根据社会的热点问题和学生的实际生活与需要，布置一些开放性作文，使他们有写作的愿望，做到有感而发，而不是为了应付老师而做的作业。
5.培养学生娴熟优美的写作技巧
英语作文的书写技巧一般侧重于其书写工整、正确和字母的线条美，且注重书写美观大方。因此，我们在培养学生的写作技能，写作技巧的同时，还要注重对学生英语书法的强调和规范。
6.注重写作训练的规范化
高中起始阶段的写作训练，培养学生的写作模式是非常重要的。(1)教师要在教学中让学生了解和做到以下基本写作步骤，即：构思(讨论题目)——写提纲(理顺思想的逻辑关系)——起草(打草稿)——校订(检查错误，重新安排内容)——修改(定稿)。(2)书写和文体格式要规范。严格要求学生正确、端正、熟练地书写字母、单词和句子，注意大小写和标点符号，养成良好的书写习惯。特别强调学生要书写工整不涂涂改改。同时对各种文体特点、格式要以主题课的形式给学生讲解清楚，使学生熟悉规范的书面表达形式，用恰当的句子和文字根据不同的文体来表达。
7. 使用连接词
在句子间使用连接词，能使文章脉络更加清晰，逻辑关系更加流畅。如：
表达先后顺序时，可用first ，next ，then ，finally ，meanwhile.
表达对比时，可用 but ，while ，however， just as ，on the contrary.
