学生英语作文欣赏-A movie review

　　From my perspective, Fullmetal Alchemist is the most fantastic animation I have ever seen so far.

　　Fullmetal Alchemist narrated an adventurous story of Elric brothers, which happened in a kingdom full of alchemists who have the ability to create objects based on original materials made from the same mass.

　　Edward Elric, the greatest hero in this book, is a national alchemist who has violated the taboo of recreating his dead mother in his childhood with his younger brother Alphones Elric because they missed her too much and never left her alone in the darkness. They spared no effort to work it out. When they accomplished this magical process and then saw the gate of truth, Edward lost one leg and one arm, while Alphones unfortunately let go all his body . Edward considered this unbearable tragedy as his failure and responsibility, and decided to start and request the philosophical stone, which had a mysterious power to break the rule of alchemy and regain all they had once possessed, such as the law of conversation of mass, and reconstruct their parts of their body.

　　During this heart-taking adventure, Elric brothers met major Roy, an Isubarrian man called Scar, seven synthetic humans and so on. Every single story involved in this animation seems to be a coincidence, whereas after having overlooked the whole story, you will discover that it is a giant conspiracy from the very beginning. After admiring Fullmetal Alchemist, you will get to sense strength and positive emotions surging in your veins by the time you're amazed by the preciseness of the author's descriptions.

　　Despite the flawless plot and the perfect narrative rhythm, the performances of its charming characters are another reason why each of us is supposed to appreciate Fullmetal Alchemist. Each figure in this book has its distinctive characteristic. All the characters, no matter good or bad, have their own faith that they could risk their precious lives on it. Take military president King Bradley as an example. As a synthetic human, he was so incredibly powerful that it seems he could deal with any problems. Facing the persuasion of the heroes, he stuck to his faith, and fights on for it until falling down to his miserable death.

　　Edward Elric is another character I like best. Although his father and mother left him when he was very young, and he even lost his precious body and his beloved younger brother, he never escaped or felt negative or down, he goes forward fearlessly like a bunch of light and lights up his surrounding world with his courage and positive attitude towards the roughness of life. When watching his resolute, good-looking face, I can always work up the strength to go forward and struggle through the hard time in my life. Edward told me the importance of determination, responsibility as well and most importantly, the positive attitude towards life. Because of him, I figured out my dream, which is to be able to encourage others with a warm smile even during my tough days.

　　In my submission, Fullmetal Alchemist is a fantastic animation comprised of such wonderful plots and the most attractive characters that we should watch once we are willing to get our mind from storms to clearness and get our hearts warm and pure.
