　　Different nations have different traditions, cultures and customs. A diverse international society is dynamic and creative.

　　History has always been telling us that when nations learn from and cooperate with each other, the world prosper; if closed to or in conflict with each other, the world suffer.

　　Cultural exchange promotes understandings between nations. Better understanding of each other’s way of thinking and doing things is vital in the prevention of conflicts and wars.

　　With globalization, many problems, such as cyber crimes, global warming, nuclear threat, air and water pollution, can not be blocked out of borders, to which not a single nation can be altogether immune. These problems require countries to join hands in dealing with them.

　　In a world faced with problems that no single nation can handle alone, cooperation between countries is becoming more and more important.

　　The traditional festival falls on the first day of the New Year.

　　It’s a custom for people to have moon cakes on the day.
