2.(13～16分)内容完整，表达较充分(至少10句，学生自己发挥的部分尚能表达得有理有据)、层次结构较清晰、语言较流畅、地道，有少量错误。
3.(9～12分))内容较完整，但表达不够充分(只要适当的发挥即可)，层次结构较不太合理、语言不够流畅、地道，有较多语言错误。
4.(5～8分)内容不完整，语言表达错误较多，不能完整表达意思。
5.(0～4分)内容不完整，语言表达错误很多，仅有几个单词可读，不能表达出与提示内容相关的意思。
二、书面表达(满分10分)
某英语报社举行“国宝---熊猫”征文比赛，请你以“Giant pandas”为题，根据提示要点用英语写一篇80词左右的短文参赛。
提示要点:
1、人们都喜欢大熊猫，它们黑白相间，貌似熊，平静而温和;
2、它们只生活在中国，现仅存一千只左右，数目越来越少;

第四档：(7---8分)能写明大部分要点，语言有一些错误(句子结构或动词时态错误1---2处)，但行文基本流畅，表达基本清楚。
第三档：(5---6分)能写明一些要点，语言错误较多(句子结构或动词时态错误3---4处)。
但意思基本连贯，表达基本清楚。
第二档：(3---4分)能写出少数要点，语言错误较多，意思不连贯，影响意思表达。
第一档：(0---2分)只能写出若干单词，无可读的句子。
三、书面表达(满分15分)

A big earthquake happened in Yunnan Province on August, 3rd this year. It’s reported that many people died or became homeless.
