　　Everyone desires success, but not all people are able to make their dreams come true.

　　Our parents and teachers often impress us with the need to work hard.

　　Hard working does not guarantee success, but if you don’t strive or if you easily give up, no success will come to you.

　　Have a clear aim in mind and set up as your guide practical goals for different stages of your life. And then strive toward it and never let anything distract you from your goals.

　　Don’t fear failure. Just as a well-known saying goes, “Failure is the mother of success”, you can learn valuable things from failures and try not to make the same mistakes again.

　　Don’t let fear of failure hold you back from pursuing your dream. It’s easy to give up, but you will remain stuck where you were. It's difficult to persist, but if you hold on, you will always have something in return in the end.

　　Faced with failures or frustrations in our lives, we shouldn’t stop our steps simply because we failed before. Actually, “failures” can be regarded as stepping stones along our path. If we respond in positive ways and focus on what we choose to achieve, success is around the corner. In a word, our attempt may fail, but never fail to make another attempt.

　　Action plays a key role. People trapped in day-dreaming will achieve nothing in the end.

　　Don’t struggle alone. Never hesitate to ask for help when in difficulties.

　　Give yourself time to reflect on what you have been doing towards your goal.

　　Efficiency also counts. Make the most of your time. Don’t waste your precious time on trifles that have little to do with what your are pursuing.
