1英语教学中存在的问题

1.1忽视学生的自学能力。

目前，部分初中英语教师在教学过程中，对学生的自主学习能力不够重视，在教学过程中，一味的向学生灌输知识，对学生没有细致的观察，导致学生无法提高自主学习能力。

1.2忽视学生的学习方法。

在初中英语教学中，教师对学生的学习方法较为忽视，教师在教学中，没有对学生进行学习方法的培养，只重视学生的学习结果，没有注意学生学习过程的意识，这些问题的出现，严重影响学生的学习效率。

1.3缺乏高素质的教师队伍。

目前，部分初中学校缺少素质较高的英语教师，无法提高英语教学水平。一些学校在聘入英语教师时，对教师的专业素质没有进行合理考察，甚至一些学校将其他科目的教师引用到英语教学中，教师在教学过程中，无法根据学生的学习情况创新自身的教学方法，导致学生出现注意力不集中、学习兴趣不高等现象。

1.4缺乏先进的教学工具。

目前，部分初中学校对教学辅助工具不重视，教师在教学过程中，无法应用教学工具对学生进行授课，只能单调的利用黑板与录音机对学生进行课程的讲解，即使教师教学方法良好，学生的学习兴趣也很难提高，部分教师难以讲解的知识，都无法利用教学工具来表达，这不仅会对教师的教学产生影响，还会对学生的学习造成不利影响。
