china is a developing country。 Chinese are not that excellent in their intellegent。 so teachers in china might be very very important。 they can provide the society with a lot of successful people， and make china a better place。

Today I'm very happy here to talk about my dream. I hope you can support me and do me a favor, OK?
Dream likes a beautiful flower. Different people have different dreams.They make the earth colorful and wonderful. A dream is a target in life, in which it can give people power. It can show people the directions and final destinations.
I have three dreams. My first dream is that I wish I could go to college some day, which is also the one of many other students' dreams. Going to college for further education can not only enrich our knowledge, but also teach us how to behave better. I always imagine that the college life must be very interesting. This dream gives me energy to study harder and harder. Now I'm trying my best to make it come true. Sure, I have enough confidence to realize my dream.
My second dream is becoming an excellent doctor. I always dream that I could turn a doctor like Bai Qiuen, so that I could cure a lot of patients, help them get rid of sick devil, let them lead a healthy and happy life, and finally I will feel happy, too.
My third dream is that all the people together with the surroundings can live in perfect harmony. There are no quarrellings, no cheatings, and no wars in the world. We should be kind to each other, love each other and care each other. All the people in the world could get along as well as a big family with each other. I dream that we could enjoy absolute peace and freedom.
These are my dreams. How I wish that they could come true soon!

Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.
However, as a person's whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is the realization of people's hopes and ideals.Nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of them are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people's hopes and ideals.
Different people have different ideas about success; cause people's hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.
What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. So ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!

in my 18 years of life, there have been many things. university days are the best part of them. i can never forget the days when i stepped into my university. i was impressed by its garden-like campus, its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. i at once fell in love with it.
after the arduous military training, i get absolutely absorbed in my studies. the classes given by the teachers are excellent. they provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. they easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as i can.
frankly speaking, at first i had some difficulty following the teachers. however, through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers' guidance, i made remarkable progress. now i've benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.
learning is a long process; i'll keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. this summer i got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. a publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.
at the beginning i was belittled by my colleagues. but they were really surprised when i translated seven english articles over 5,000 words on only one day. gradually, they began to look at me with respectful eyes. in their opinion i turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.
i also realize that only those who bring happiness for others can be truly happy. so i often take part in activities concerning public welfare. i once went to a barren mountain village with my classmates. we taught the kids there who could not afford school. while showing them how broad and how civilized the outer world is, i was deeply touched by their eagerness to learn, their honesty and their purity. i couldn't control my tears on the day when we left. the precious experience with the poor kids made me aware of the responsibility on the shoulders of us, future teachers.
besides study and social practice, there are entertainments as well. i do body building every day, hoping to keep healthy and energetic. we also write a play and put it on in our spare time.
campus life is the most splendid time. but different people have different choices. the majority of students cherish their beautiful season and cherish the hope that one day they'll become outstanding. but there are indeed some students still under ignorance. they gather together for eating, drinking or playing cards. they're busy in searching for a girlfriend or a boyfriend. they forget completely about their mission as college students and the hope of their motherland.
finally, i do hope everybody can try their best to become a worthy citizen of the country. i do hope everybody can become the backbone of our nation and make great contributions to society!

Good morning ladies and gentlemen:
Everyone sitting here has his own dream. Martin Luther King's dream is to let all the Negro slaves not wallow in the valley of despair; Abraham Lincoln's dream is to unite all the Americans. Today I'm proud to say that I have a dream, my dream is to be a diplomat.
If I'm a diplomat, first of all, I'll devote myself to the Taiwan issue. The majority of Chinese people strongly oppose Taiwan's independence, because we have been separated from our relations and friends for more than 50 years. As president Lincoln said: A house divided against itself cannot stand. So as a diplomat, I will try to get all the separate families reunited and shorten the distance between the hearts of two peoples. Nowadays, China plays an important economic and political role in the world, so I'm sure that I'll be able to convince big countries such as America, Britain and Russia to support our One-China policy.
Second, I'll fight terrorism. I want to bring everlasting peace back to the human race. Terrorists are so rampant now that thousands of civilians have been killed and wounded in explosions and attacks-mothers have lost their babies; wives have lost their husbands. Terrorism imposes misery on all human beings. Everyone, no matter who he is or where he lives, is naturally anti-terrorism. So as a diplomat, I have a responsibility to ally China with all the countries fighting terrorism to free the civilians from the spiritual shackles.
If I'm a diplomat, I'll take president Lincoln as my example-“With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right!” In a word I'll dedicate all my knowledge and wisdom to sail China towards a beautiful and promising future!
