【一】、本学期的指导思想：

所带班级(3)(4)班情况不同,(3)班学困生较多,学生的学习品质、学习习惯,英语基础较之(4)班有明显的差异,(4)班学生整体情况好,学困生少,学习英语的热情和兴趣教高.两班每次
